Thank you for choosing Nero AI by Nero AG ("the website", "us", "we", or "our"). Nero AG provides you with access to a series of AI tools to transform your media (collectively, the "Services”). The Services, including any updates, are subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). Nero AG reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use at any time without notice. Using the site in any manner, including but not limited to using the Services, implies that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The agreement will apply to all users of the site and the service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Software having a separate end user license agreement shall be covered by such applicable separate end user license agreement in lieu of the terms of this EULA to the extent required by such separate end user license agreement.

Unless otherwise specified, Nero AG owns all copyright of logos, technologies, text, images, and graphics that are used in the online services. Without the permission of Nero AG, any copy and reproduction of information contained on this site are never allowed.
§ 5 Your Obligations
You must refrain from actions that can compromise the functionality or the operation of the website, including but not limited to scanning or testing the website for any weak points, accessing systems of the website by bypassing the security systems, and integrating malware. We have the exclusive right to restrict the use of our services without having to be demanded for any reason or to block specific users. § 7 Account
By creating a Nero account or by accessing and using the Hosted Services, you agree to take responsibility for maintaining the security of your account and its content, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the services. You must not describe or assign content to your account in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and Nero AG may change or remove any content or photos that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause Nero AG liability. You must immediately notify Nero AG of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Nero AG will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Your password protects your user account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure. You understand that you are responsible for all use (including any unauthorized use) of your username and password on the Service. If your username or password is lost or stolen, or if you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account by a third party, you must notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

(4) circumventing any territorial restrictions applied by Nero AG or its licensors;
§ 11 Data storage
Nero AG will only temporarily store content or processed content on its servers to the extent technically required to provide its service (usually not more than 24 hours). Any further storage of content or processed content will only be carried out at customer's request.
§ 12 API Usage
"API" refers to the Application Programming Interface provided by Nero AG to business customers. Nero AG will provide customers with respective access credentials for the API. The API allows customer to use the technical infrastructure provided by Nero AG. Nero AG shall process the Content in accordance with this Agreement, the Service Specification and the Documentation. In view of the on-going development of the API, Nero AG may introduce new versions of the API with an additional or different range of features. Furthermore, Nero AG may terminate deprecated versions of the API provided that the termination is reasonable for customer in consideration of the interests of both Parties. Nero AG shall inform customer of such termination in writing (e-mail sufficient) at least four (4) weeks before the termination becomes effective. Nero AG will inform Customer of updates of the API via e-mail.
§ 13 Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, Nero AG reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your account and/or to block your use of the Site.
